Shipping policy

Canada

In Canada, for orders less than 100$ for Quebec and Ontario, we offer a flat rate of $9.99. Delivery includes full tracking. For both provinces, we use Purolator with takes on average 2-3 business days however longer delivery times are out of our control. Orders over 100$ in Quebec and Ontario receive free shipping.  

Please note it is not possible to pick-up your order, we are an online boutique only and orders can only be mailed. 

For all orders less than 135$ for Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Saskatchewan, we offer a flat rate of 14.99$. Delivery includes full tracking. Shipping time may vary between provinces however on average of 5-10 business days, please note that longer delivery times are out of our control. Orders over 135$ for the provinces listed above receive free shipping. 

For Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, the shipping price is calculated at checkout. The carrier used is Canada Post and shipping time may vary. 

Please note, free shipping does NOT apply on the learning towers. There is a flat rate of 19$ that is applied at checkout. 

All shipping charges, including returns, are non-refundable.

Please note we do not offer local pick-up or drop-offs 

We are so happy to offer you Route Package Protection at checkout. By adding Route Package Protection at checkout you will be getting peace of mind in case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen . You can file a claim directly with Route and get great resolution for order issues.

Please note if you have opted-out of the Route order protection, you need to file for a claim directly with the shipping carier and  the maximum covered amount by any carier is 100$ CAD, not matter your order amount. Mili & Lilies is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you would like to know more please read our FAQ

United States

For all orders less than 100$ CAD, for the USA we offer a flat rate of $12.99 CAD. Orders over 100$ CAD receive free shipping. Delivery includes full tracking. 

International

We are happy to be shipping to our friends internationally, the shipping price will be calculated at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty or other customs fees for their order. Shipments may be held by a country's customs department for some time. Please note that we cannot be responsible for such situations and refunds will not be applied. 

Please note that Mili & Lilies is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from Canadian carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.
